Torn cakes


Preparation time: 20 minutes

Ingredients: 

  • 150 g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 20 g butter
  • 100 g granulated sugar
  • Salt
  • 1 lemon
Take a pot and put the flour, brake the egg, put the butter and granulated sugar, less salt and a chopped bark of a lemon and beat with mixer. After joining, put some flour on working table and compress the dough.
Open a dough lump. Then cut the dough lump in rectangular pieces. Cut each piece in three positions with the special tool. Fry in oil the dough pieces. Put the fried cake on plate with letter, to drink them fat. Put the sweets chilled on a plate. Put the powdered sugar above the cakes. 
 With this dessert we recommend a dry white wine Chardonnay grape type. with fruits flavor, and sweet taste.
 Served at a temperature of 10 - 12 grad Celsius.
