Pie with apples and walnuts


Preparation time: 60 minutes
Complexity: medium

Ingredients:
  •   4 apples
  •   70 g sugar
  •   150 g chopped walnuts
  •   2 eggs
  •   100 g butter
  •   70 g flour
  •   250 ml milk
  •   3 tablespoons sugar
  •   3 tablespoons flour
  •   3 eggs

  
In the mixing pot, throw 70 g flour, 150 g chopped walnuts, 70 g sugar, 100 g butter and two yolks. Beat with mixer until the mass joined.
  Varnish the baking pan with butter, and put the pie dough. Put the baking pan in oven. Bake it about 15 minutes, at a temperature of  200 Celsius.
On the rare side of rasp scour the unclear apples and put them into a deep pot, and put the pot on fire. Stir during roasting, until the liquid evaporates. Brake three eggs, and share the whites from yolks. Beat yolks with mixer. In pot, throw a little milk and 3 tablespoons sugar. Take the remaining milk in saucepan on the fire and add the contents of the mixing vessel. Beat with mixer. Continue to mix with kitchen wire. Simmer until the cream acquire the appropriate density. Remove the pan from oven with half baked dough. Cast the cream above the dough. Put the fried and chopped apples above the cream. Beat with mixer three white eggs and remaining sugar. Put the cream over mill-cake. Back into oven the baking pan with pie. Put at temperature of 160 Celsius. Bake until the egg whites begin to lip. Cut the pie with apples and walnuts in 6 pieces. Put a piece of pie on a cake plate.
  With this dessert we recommend a dry white wine Chardonnay grape type. with fruits flavor, and sweet taste. Served at a temperature of 10 - 12  Celsius.
