Ingredients:
- 100 g coconut
- 350 g chopped biscuits
- 50 g cooking chocolate
- 2 dl (0.2 l) boiled coffee
- 120 gr butter
- 300 gr granulated sugar
- 1 pack vanilla sugar
- 100 ml milk
Put the milk and butter in a pot on fire. After the butter melts, add the vanilla sugar and the coconut. After the mix becomes intense, remove the pot from fire and let it cool.
Put the chocolate on a dish on fire and let it melts. Put the chopped biscuits, granulated sugar and coffee in a deep pot. Compress the mix with hands.Stir with a spoon to join the mix and let it cool. After the mix cooled, put it on an aluminum Foil. Equalize the mix with hand, cover it with another aluminum foil and spread the mix with a rolling pin to a thickness of 1 cm. After the mix has been spread, remove the aluminum foil.
Then put the cooled mix from first pot on second mix and equalize. We do the roll with the bottom aluminum foil. Then put the roll in fridge to be tight.
Put the chocolate on a dish on fire and let it melts. Put the chopped biscuits, granulated sugar and coffee in a deep pot. Compress the mix with hands.Stir with a spoon to join the mix and let it cool. After the mix cooled, put it on an aluminum Foil. Equalize the mix with hand, cover it with another aluminum foil and spread the mix with a rolling pin to a thickness of 1 cm. After the mix has been spread, remove the aluminum foil.
Then put the cooled mix from first pot on second mix and equalize. We do the roll with the bottom aluminum foil. Then put the roll in fridge to be tight.
Cut the roll with knife on pieces with thickness 1 cm. Rank the pieces as in photo.
