Berlin cakes

Preparation time: 40 minutes
Complexity: light

Ingredients:

  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g almonds
  • 250 g flour
  • 60 g shelled and chopped almonds
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 spoon cinnamon coffee
 Put the flour, sugar, shelled almonds, butter, coffee and break an egg and put them in a pot and mix with mixer. After the mix united, put some flour on working table and compress the dough with hands. From the dough open a lump. Put some flour i the circle template so the dough is not sticky, and do the round shapes. Beat the remaining egg and varnish the cakes with this egg. Crumb the almonds and put them above cakes. Rank the cakes on a pan and put the pan in oven. Bake it about 20 minutes, at a temperature of  200 Celsius degree. Then put the cakes on a plate like in photo.With this dessert we recommend a dry white wine Chardonnay grape type. with fruits flavor, and sweet taste. Served at a temperature of 10 - 12  Celsius degree. BON APPETIT!!!
